Islam vs Christianity

Christians believe in Jesus, and Muslims will tell you they also believe in Jesus – though they interpret his identity in markedly different ways.  Both  faiths share several theological concepts, yet despite these similarities, their contrasting views of Jesus, the nature of God, and the authority of scripture create two distinct theological frameworks.  When these differences are examined, it becomes clear that Christianity and Islam rest on fundamentally different foundations.
